Infinite Partners acquires South Africa fintech startup e4 for $52.5m

Independent private equity fund manager, Infinite Partners and a consortium of PE firms have acquired South African fintech startup e4 for $52.5m (ZAR1bn).

The transaction will see e4 obtain the necessary capital for advancing to the next stage of its expansion.
