Huduma Centre has recently seen a massive website revamp. The new online look comes with a requirement to book an online appointment to access physical Huduma Centre services.
Online booking is part of Huduma Kenya’s digitalization plan.
“The implementation of this Plan will deepen access to Government services,” said Principal Secretary Amos N. Gathecha
Huduma centres are essential public service facilities. They offer access to critical documentation from birth certificates, police clearance certificates, National IDs Work permits and much more. Huduma Kenya customers may book online appointments anytime.
An appointment system was introduced during COVID 19 pandemic but has now become a mandatory process.
According to Huduma Kenya’s official website, 60,000 people are served in Huduma centres daily across the country.
